Listings ready to paste

A listing is an exercise in internal search ranking. The title decides whether the item gets found, the description decides whether it gets bought, and the two follow different rules on each platform. Listing writing comes with the paid tiers (Pro and Ultime).

What you get

The title is the most profitable part and the most abused. A buyer does not search for “gorgeous jacket, like new”: they type a brand, a model, sometimes a size. Every word in the title that matches no search is a slot taken from a word that would have caught one.

Listing the flaws is not a moral precaution, it is arithmetic. A listing that hides them produces returns, disputes and bad ratings — a deferred cost that outweighs the sale you won, and that damages something slow to rebuild.

Why one listing per platform?

Vinted Leboncoin eBay

Expected tone Direct, informal Factual Technical
Classic mistake Forgetting the size Forgetting the town Forgetting the reference

Leboncoin is a French classifieds site, and it is in that table because it is what the tool actually writes for today: Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay. If you sell outside France, two of those three columns apply to you and the third does not. We would rather say that than pad the list with platforms we do not support.

Copying the same listing everywhere means being mediocre everywhere. The same item needs three different texts, and it is that work — repeated on every piece — that wears people down. It is also why plenty of resellers stick to one platform when their stock would justify two.

What it changes over a whole haul

The gain does not show on one item, it shows on fifteen. Writing a listing properly takes a few minutes; doing it fifteen times in a row on a Sunday evening is exactly the moment you decide to just get it done — and the title becomes “black jacket size M”.

Listings rushed on a tired evening do not get fixed later: they sit online for weeks, invisible to the searches that should have found them. The cost never shows up, because it takes the shape of sales that did not happen.

What makes a title findable

An internal search engine matches words. It does not know that a “navy quilted jacket” is a puffer, and it does not read the brand off a photo. Anything not written in the title does not exist as far as search is concerned.

What has no business being there: superlatives, emoji, and the words “rare” and “urgent”. They take up limited space and catch no search at all.

What good copy cannot rescue

The photos. A perfectly written listing with dark pictures taken on an unmade bed will not sell, and no amount of text makes up for it. It is the one part of the job you have to do yourself, and it is also the one with the best return.

Three things are enough: a neutral background, daylight, and one dedicated photo for every flaw you mention. The last does more for trust than a paragraph of description, and it cuts disputes short before they start.

What we do not do

Post for you. Neither Vinted nor Leboncoin offers a public posting API, and the tools that work around that expose the seller’s account to suspension. We prepare, you paste: the full reasoning is here, in French.

So we never ask for your credentials, and we have no access to your selling accounts. There is nothing to revoke and nothing to monitor on our side.
